  Aolin Auto Parts (Changshu) Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, with a planned site area of 53,334 square meters (80 mu) and a total investment of approximately RMB 500 million. The company officially commenced production in 2019 and is primarily engaged in the research, development, and production of auto parts. It is located at No. 25, Hongdou Road, Guli Town, Changshu City, Jiangsu Province.
  
  

  The company's products are mainly divided into five categories:

  1.Body Parts: wheelhouse assemblies, rear panel assemblies, rear floor assemblies, anti-collision beam assemblies, etc.

  2.Chassis Parts: control arms, struts, upper and lower arch components, etc.

  3.Latch Systems: 4-door latch assemblies, tailgate latch assemblies, tailgate silent latches, seat latches, front and rear hood latches, etc.

  4.Electronic Components: upper covers, lower covers, brackets, etc.

  The factory's equipment is distributed across three workshops:

  1.Large-scale Automated Stamping Workshop: mainly for blanking and stamping.

     Main stamping equipment: fully automatic 1200T multi-station and 1000T progressive die production lines.

     Automated stamping equipment: 1200T, 800T, 630T, 500T, and 400T press production lines, equipped with KUKA robots.

  2.Semi-automated and Manual Stamping Workshop: mainly for blanking, forming, trimming, flanging, side punching, separating, riveting, etc.

     Main equipment: double-point 630T, single-point 630T, 500T, 250T, 160T, 125T, and 25T presses.

  3.Welding Workshop: assembly and welding.

     Main equipment: multiple arc welding workstations and robotic spot welding workstations, energy storage welding machines, stud welding machines, fixed spot welding machines, tapping machines, etc. The robotic workstations are mainly equipped with Yaskawa robots.

  The company was founded in 1994 and relocated to No. 1500, Xindian Road in 2009 with an investment of RMB 10.03 million, covering an area of 16,200 square meters, including a factory building area of 15,000 square meters. It specializes in machining and automated assembly, primarily developing and manufacturing products such as four-door and two-cover hinges and limiters, with an annual production capacity reaching 17.8 million units.

• Shanghai New Aolin Auto Sensor Co., Ltd.

  

  Since its establishment in 2011, the company has cooperated with the global well-known sensor manufacturer SGX(attached to Amphenol). As the sole partner of SGX in Asia, it supplies automobile air quality sensor, brake pad alarm wire, single-channel laser dust sensor and other products to Shanghai Volkswagen and FAW-Volkswagen. The new project of PM2.5 air quality sensor has been designated by Shanghai Volkswagen and is expected to be SOP in August, 2019.
