   - Target: Establish a preliminary green supply chain system, reducing 20 tonnes of COe annually. 

4. Product Design and Recycling: 

   - Design recyclable and reusable products. 

   - Establish waste product recycling mechanisms. 

   - Target: Achieve 100% recycling rate of waste cardboard panels, cutting 10 tonnes of COe annually.
